La problématique des droits sociaux sous la Révolution: entre archaïsme (s) et modernité
Abstracts
The Issue of Social Rights during the Revolution : between Archaism and Modernity
The revolutionary approach to social rights is strikingly ambivalent : in many ways extremely backward, old-fashioned and outdated, certain of its more forceful manifestations are eminently modern, anticipatory and trail-blazing. Hence the need, in order to highlight this constant wavering between outmoded conceptions and still relevant principles, to address both the continuity of solutions and the solutions of continuity that have emerged, from yesterday to to-day, in the field of social security.
